Large and consequentially high risk projects bespoke specifications are required to reflect additional performance requirements that may be required.
We can provide support to architects drafting such specifications avoiding technical performance failures
PRACTICAL DESIGN INPUT
Whilst we do not provide full design services we can draft practical solutions to ensure both quality and commercial requirements are met.
INSPECTION AND TESTING PLANS
Complementing specification and design inspections and testing plans (ITPs) are the foundation for specification compliant GRC/GFRC being delivered to the project.
SELECTION OF MANUFACTURER
Whilst there are dozens of GRC/GFRC manufacturers supplying the market the simple fact is that there are only a relative few able to undertake large projects succesfully.
Although we don't work with any manufacturers we will always connect our clients with those able to fulfil project requirements.
On extremely large and important projects we may suggest multiple supply partners by controlling design and facing coat development through partner companies
